" a letter to BAN KI MOON : How Could UN Contribute to promote the peaceful use of nuclear?"

Exploration of nuclear energy has always been controversy lately. As you know, nuclear energy is like a double-edged knife. On the one side, can be used for human welfare. However, on the other side of nuclear energy could become something that could destroy mankind. Yes, the energy crisis that hit the world since the mid-20th century is one of the reasons why some countries do exploration nuclear energy. Surprisingly, nuclear energy exploration plan was to meet this energy need is contaminated with any negative issues behind it. These negative issues are now emerging in the world. Well, how did the UN respond?

Mr.. Ban Ki Moon, you must have still remembered the events of Hiroshima-Nagasaki 65 years ago right? In that event, the Japanese atomic bomb containing nuclear sentenced by United States. As a result of these events are not only material loss that is felt by the Japanese but also imateril loss that is felt by all mankind in this world. We call it imateril loss was trauma arising from the misused use of nuclear energy. Trauma is also being felt by us lately. However, the trauma also can trigger a weapon of war between some countries in the world. Well, why I can say that far?

Issues that are appear right now is some countries, like Iran and North Korea are doing a massive nuclear exploration. They (Iran and North Korea) said that nuclear exploration they are doing is the solution of energy crisis that hit their country. However, few countries in the world, yes, we call it America and its friends, claiming that behind Iran and North Korea plan to cover the existing energy crisis, the two countries are also strengthening their weapons technology. Some evidence shows that the two countries collect and explore uranium that they have that can be used to create nuclear energy.

I do not know who's right and who is wrong, the obvious issue is to make the countries neighboring the two countries became wary. South Korea as an example, a country located on the south side of North Korea is, indeed have long cold war with North Korea. Worse yet, due to the issue of exploration nuclear energy for weapons, there are news reports that South Korea triggered to do the same on the basis of to protect their country from surprise attack neighboring countries (North Korea). Now, so how? Who should be responsible?

Yes, the United Nations as an institution which is responsible for all the countries in the world and of course the neutral I beg to immediately settle and straighten all the issues that is being developed. My hope is this world remain in peace and even the energy crisis problem can be resolved properly. If I may advice, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as the world's atomic energy agency under the auspices of the UN can be more selective and 'open eyes' to the countries that have a discourse to explore nuclear energy.
